Where things stand
Rooted in Hope is in development. We are preparing the native phone app for controlled testing, including device permissions, schedule changes, and medication reminder behavior. It is not currently available to download from the App Store or Google Play.
Designed to support your clinic’s plan
The companion is designed to organize patient-entered information. It does not prescribe medication, calculate a treatment plan, or replace instructions from a care team.
